Common Available Perennials
The bad news is that many perennials are currently unavailable to purchase. Until there is demand from the wider public and a taste for these exciting products, our growers cannot risk growing them. That's why it is our job as chefs to build that demand through conversations with suppliers and putting them on our menus.
The good news? There are many perennials that are already widely used, loved and available. Check out some accessible Perennial Foods below that we should celebrate and use as much as possible when they’re in season in the UK and grown without chemicals.
