FOOD LABELS

The classic, plastic-coated food labels we’re all familiar with are expensive and impossible to peel off containers.

Brown kraft paper tape can be recycled or composted, uses natural adhesives, it’s cheap and is easy to remove from containers.

KRAFT PAPER TAPE

1 roll of tape can make around 700 labels and we recommend the ones below.  You can decide on the width of tape that works for you.

GO RECYCLED

Recycled kraft paper tape is the most eco-friendly option but it may vary between batches. Let us know if you receive any unsatisfactory rolls!

We've also linked a consistent brown tape not made from recycled paper.

Our recommended tapes can all be recycled with your cardboard. Some waste management will also accept the tape to be composted.

Note - Depending on the process, bleaching kraft paper tape white can release chlorine as a toxin by-product.
