EXCESS bread marmite

INGREDIENTS

- Excess bread

- Water

- Yeast/sourdough starter. 1.5% the weight of bread.

METHOD

  1. Toast your excess bread in the oven and then soak it in boiling water, leaving it overnight.

  2. The next morning, add roughly 1.5% yeast or sourdough starter and leave it for another day.

    Strain everything and then reduce the liquid until marmite consistency.
