fermented Honey Damsons

INGREDIENTS

- Damsons 200g

- Honey 150g

METHOD

  1. Destone the damsons and place in a clean jar.
    Pour over the honey and make sure the fruit is covered while leaving a couple inches room at the top.

  2. Seal the jar and leave at room temperature for about a week giving the mixture a stir occasionally.

  3. Taste regularly and use or pop in the fridge when you are happy with the flavour. It will keep in the fridge for months.
